FAQ 1: I have a new computer on which I would like to run my software. How do I transfer my registration to the new computer?

 

In order to transfer your registration to a different computer, you must contact us by calling us at (770) 886-5878, ext. 111 or emailing us at engr@bizwaredirect.com. You will need to provide the following information in order to successfully transfer your registration:

 

  • Name
  • Company Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address
  • Serial Number
  • Current Registration Code
