FAQ 1:  I need help with Product Installation and/or Registration.  Must I purchase a Support and Maintenance Plan in order to get help?

No, BizWareDirect provides complimentary support for product installation and/or registration.

 

 

FAQ 2:  Is there any complimentary support included with my purchase of BizWareDirect products?

Yes, BizWareDirect provides complimentary support for the 30 days following the product purchase.

 

 

FAQ 3:  Can I get support without purchasing a Support and Maintenance Plan?

Yes, BizWareDirect offers product support services at a billing rate of $95 per hour, in half hour increments, based on the actual time spent by BizWareDirect on customer service activities.

 

 

FAQ 4: What types of services ARE  included in the Support and Maintenance Plan?

Each Support and Maintenance Plan includes assistance with tasks related to the following:

FAQ 6:  If I purchase a Support and Maintenance plan, when does it start and how long does it last?

Subsequent to the initial 30 days of complimentary support, the purchase of a Support and Maintenance Plan provides a customer with one year of support and product upgrade releases for the specific product purchased.

 

FAQ 7:  How do I purchase a Support and Maintenance Plan?

A Software Support and Maintenance Plan may be purchased in one of the following two ways:

Order by phone with credit card by calling our Product Information and Sales line or Fill out an Order Form and fax or mail to us
